A short guided practice — float five years forward, install the life that is already yours, and let the unconscious arrange the path.

The Practice
There is a moment in this work where someone stops trying to figure out their future and begins, instead, to remember it. As if it has already happened. As if they are only catching up to a life that is already real somewhere inside them.
That moment is what this practice is built for.
The Ideal Future Process is a short guided experience drawn from the timeline and visualization work at the heart of NLP — the same work that lives inside Michelle's one-on-one practice and her trainings at Numen Lumen. It is precise. It is repeatable. It is not theory.
Most people set goals from where they are stuck. That is why the goals feel heavy. This practice flips the order. You enter a calm, receptive state. You move forward in time to a day five years from now, where everything has gone exactly the way you want it to. You see it. You hear it. You feel it. And then you drop that future into your own timeline and ask the unconscious to begin rearranging the path — like dominoes — in support of what you have just witnessed.
When you open your eyes, you reach for your journal. You write down what you saw. And the goals that come from that place are different. They are clearer. They are weirdly inevitable. Because you are not aiming toward a future. You are setting course from one.
Structure of the Practice
Three rounds of deep aha-breathing. The nervous system drops out of fight-or-flight and into the receptive state where real change becomes possible.
Lift gently out of today. Travel five years into the future, to this exact day, where everything has gone perfectly. Not "good enough." Perfect.
Let the unconscious bring up the movie of that ideal life. Turn up the colors. Notice the sounds. Sit in the feeling of having actually arrived.
Frame the picture. Hold it to your chest. Release it into the future. Then ask the unconscious to rearrange every event between now and then in support of what you have seen.
What You Receive
Your Guide
Trainer of NLP, Emotional Clearing & Spiral School of Awakening · MBA
Michelle comes to this work after years spent guiding leaders and high performers through the kind of change that strategy alone never delivers. The MBA opens the door; the inner work is what makes anything stay.
A certified Trainer of NLP, Emotional Clearing, and the Spiral School of Awakening, she works with the architecture of mind and the kinesiology of held emotion — disciplines that map the same terrain through different vocabularies. Her teaching is precise, warm, and unwilling to bypass what is actually in the room.
The practice is yours. Use it once for clarity. Use it before a hard decision. Use it every quarter to recalibrate.

Yes. The full practice — audio and short journal — is offered without cost through the Numen Lumen community. There is no upsell at the end of the audio. There is no card required.
Headphones, six uninterrupted minutes, a comfortable place to sit or lie down, and a journal within reach for the moment you finish. That is all.
It is built precisely for that. Michelle's guidance does the work; your only task is to follow, breathe, and let the unconscious do what it already knows how to do. Some practitioners see vivid imagery. Some feel it more than see it. Both are right.
The practice rewards repetition. Many practitioners use it at the start of each quarter, before a significant decision, or any time the path forward has begun to feel heavy. It will not lose its potency with use.
You'll receive the audio and the short journal. You become part of our ʻohana — the Numen Lumen Family — where this kind of work is lived out loud alongside the four traditions of the school.
Six minutes. A journal. The version of you that already made it, waiting.
