Live 3-Day Immersion · Limited Seats · Numen Lumen

Introduction to Hawaiian Huna.

The ancient Hawaiian science of mind, energy & mastery.

A live 3-day immersion in foundational teachings, guided meditation, traditional practices, and the beginning of a path Huna practitioners have walked for generations.

  • The Three Selves and the Four Bodies
  • Higher Self Therapy — release at the root
  • Ho'oponopono — the full traditional practice
  • The Five Elements plus Opua Initiation on Day 3

A Living Tradition, Taught as a Living Tradition

Not a lecture series. Three days of immersion, practice, and direct contact with the material the way it was meant to be transmitted.

I

Foundational Teachings

The worldview, the core principles, and the correspondences that make every Huna practice actually work. Not trivia — the operating system.

II

Guided Practice

Hakalau and Hi'olani meditations, Ho'oponopono process, Cutting the Aka Cords — guided through in the room, not just described.

III

Transmission, Not Just Information

Huna is a living tradition. It transmits in person, in community, in practice. Three days gives it enough room to actually land.

The Full Intro Arc

Everything the intro is designed to give you — a working map of Huna and the first layer of practice to take home.

I

What Huna Is — and Isn't

Original name Ho'omana, the history, how it was preserved through suppression, and an honest framing of what's ancient and what's modern teaching.

II

Kahuna & the Bray-James Lineage

What kahuna actually means, the types of kahuna, and the specific lineage this teaching comes through — Daddy Bray, Uncle George Na'ope, Tad James, Matt James.

III

The Three Selves

The conscious, unconscious, and Higher Self (Aumakua) — how they communicate, how they conflict, and how Huna works with all three at once.

IV

The Four Bodies

Spiritual, mental, emotional, physical. How each holds material, and how Huna distinguishes between them in practice.

V

Prime Directives of the Unconscious & Aumakua

The operating rules of the unconscious mind and the Higher Self — what they do, what they need, and how to work with them.

VI

Hā Breathing, Hakalau & Hi'olani

Foundational breath practice, Hakalau (active peripheral awareness), and Hi'olani (meditation on the light). Taught in the room, practiced together.

VII

Higher Self Therapy

The traditional release process for anger, sadness, fear, and guilt — cleared at the root cause, not managed at the surface.

VIII

Limiting Decisions

Identifying and releasing the unconscious conclusions driving repeating patterns. Part of the same release arc that begins with the negative emotions.

IX

Ho'oponopono & Cutting the Aka Cords

The full traditional Hawaiian Code of Forgiveness — plus the Aka cord work for clean energetic separation where needed.

X

The Five Elements

Air, Fire, Water, Earth, and Keawe (I'o). Partner exercises to feel each element, flow mana through the body, and begin working with them directly.

XI

Elemental Symbols & Opua Initiation

The four elemental symbols from the lineage, how to use them, and an elemental initiation ceremony on Day 3 — the culmination of the weekend.

XII

Chants, Language & Continuing Practice

Two foundational chants with translation and context, a primer on Hawaiian pronunciation, and how to take the material home.

Questions People Usually Ask

Do I need prior experience with Huna?

No. This is designed as an introduction. We meet you where you are — whether you've been curious about Hawaiian wisdom for years or this is your first exposure.

Do I need to be Hawaiian?

No. Huna is a wisdom tradition that's studied and practiced by people from every background. The tradition teaches itself across cultures — that's part of its nature.

Is this religious?

Huna is rooted in Hawaiian spirituality, but this is a study and practice workshop, not a religious program. You don't need to adopt any specific belief system to participate and benefit.

How does this relate to Huna Mastery?

The intro is the foundation. Huna Mastery is the ongoing monthly membership for people who want to keep studying and practicing after the weekend. Many intro attendees roll into Huna Mastery; some don't — no pressure, no auto-enrollment.

Is this a certification?

No. This is an introductory workshop, not a credentialing program. Huna isn't traditionally certified in that sense — it's transmitted and practiced. If you want deeper study, the next step is Huna Mastery or advanced trainings.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Specific terms are shared when you reserve your seat. Reach out if you have questions before booking.

The Introduction to Hawaiian Huna is a wisdom-tradition study workshop offered through Numen Lumen. It is not clinical supervision, therapy, medical care, or a licensed clinical service.
