One-Day Live Workshop · Numen Lumen

Huna: A First Taste.

One day in the tradition.

Enough time to meet the tradition, feel the energy, and take home a working meditation practice. The entry point for anyone curious about Huna who wants to try it before committing to a longer format.

  • What Huna actually is — history and honest framing
  • The Three Selves and the Four Bodies
  • Hā breathing and Hakalau meditation
  • A live Higher Self Therapy demonstration

Enough to Know if This Path is Yours

Not a survey lecture. One day of teaching layered with guided practice, breathwork, and a live demonstration of the release work Huna is known for.

I

What Huna Actually Is

The history, the original name (Ho'omana), the Bray-James lineage, and the core worldview — what this tradition actually teaches, taught honestly.

II

Practical Meditation

Hā breathing and Hakalau — two traditional Hawaiian practices you can take home and use daily. Taught in the room, practiced together.

III

A Live Release Demonstration

Watch a Higher Self Therapy release happen in the room. One or two volunteers, guided through the release of a stored negative emotion — the work Huna is known for.

The Day

One day, two arcs — teaching in the morning, guided practice and demonstration in the afternoon.

The 2-Day and 3-Day Versions

Questions People Usually Ask

Do I need prior experience with Huna?

No. This is designed as a true introduction. We meet you wherever you are, including never having heard of it before.

Is this religious?

Huna is rooted in Hawaiian spirituality, but this is a study and practice workshop, not a religious program. You don't need to adopt any specific belief system to participate and benefit.

How does this compare to the 2-day and 3-day?

The 1-day gives you foundations and a taste. The 2-day adds the full release work arc, Ho'oponopono, and a Higher Self Ceremony. The 3-day adds the Five Elements and the Opua (elemental) Initiation. Pick based on how deep you want to go on your first exposure.

What if I already know I want to go deeper?

Skip to the 2-day or 3-day. The 1-day is specifically for people who want a lower-commitment entry — it's not a prerequisite for the longer formats.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Specific terms are shared when you reserve your seat. Reach out if you have questions before booking.
